"Dream Drop" or "Dream Drop Distance" is a Manga video game, that you might play with someone, not on someone. However, if the question refers to "dream walking," which is to telepathically enter into someone else's dream while you, yourself, are dreaming, that is not possible. Regardless of claims you might see on the internet or hear from friends, dream walking is fantasy at best and the work of scam artists at worst. If such things were real, we would not need cell phones or the Internet to communicate.
