You want to customize your clothing and accesories. I myself am pear shaped so i wear things that are tight at the breast area and flow down to make me have a "big boobs" effect. For you I suggest something not tight, because it will make you look even more like a "apple figured" body. Try a flowing shirt, skinny jeans and a cropped jacket for a day out. If you want something more fancy try , again something flowing and a long necklace to show off your bust line. For something to wear just around the house , anything works. And for school a cardigan, cute tank (flowing) , and tights.
Note- colour depends on your hair, and eye colour, and your skin tone.
