I'm a physician. Drinking urine is foolish. Your body is trying to get rid of it for a reason. However, aside from the fact that urine will have an unpleasant flavor, it is sterile and harmless. Contrary to what a few people think, there is nothing healthy about drinking urine, since it is composed of waste products your body is trying to get rid of. A person without any access to water could keep himself hydrated a bit longer by drinking his urine, but over several days the body would make less and less of it, since the amount of water in the urine is only the amount needed to flush waste products from the body, plus any extra water the body doesn't need. Each time urine is drunk the body has that much more waste products to eliminate, and if no other liquid is drunk, the body will become more and more dehydrated, and the amount of water in the urine will get smaller and smaller until kidney failure sets in.
