Hi, You can plot a route, using Google Maps (maps.google.com) and tick the box "avoid highways" and it will plot you a rout from LA to LV, avoiding I15. Once you have made the rout you can click anywhere on the rout (left click) and drag the cursor to a point on the map to add that point as a stop over to change the rout direction if you want. Keep in mind that while you will see some interesting countryside, the trip will add about 130 miles and five extra hours of driving time.
