if your using normal PokeBalls.. that's why its so hard.. in different towns you can find GreatBalls and UltraBalls.. they cost more though.. UltraBalls are the best... besides the MasterBall that catches anything instantly..... you would want to almost NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use it... unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY ORLY REALLY have to... have fun!
