You have to keep clicking the stomach really fast to stop it from getting full.
If you can't click fast enough, try changing the window on your browser when the game starts (minimize Poptropica). When you come back to the window a minute later, you will have won.
The game apparently does not continue to gag your character while the window isn't open.

If you can't click fast enough, try this: minimize your browser window (shift to a different window). Come back to Poptropica a minute later and you will have won. Evidently the program cannot lose when the window is not active.
