Well, if your entry was an answer to a question, you can scroll down and there will be a button allowing you to improve the answer. You can correct anything that you wrote previously, or correct other people's grammar, but please don't remove anyone else's answer. If your entry was a question, then you might need a supervisor to help you correct the question. Go to a supervisor's message board (usually whoever supervises that topic, but feel free to send me any corrections at all if you don't know how to look that up or don't feel comfortable approaching anyone else) and tell them what your question was and where you made the mistake, and they will be able to fix it for you.
If you are referring to a blog entry, Yes! You can edit a blog you published. Just look at the "edit button" and you can make some modifications to your blog entry, to add images, videos and texts.

Simple. Go to Wikipedia, create a username and password, sign in, go to the article, and click EDIT. Large articles are broken up into sections. Near the top of each section, on the right, is the word EDIT. If you click it, that section will appear in an edit window. If you wish to edit the main entry -- the first few paragraphs at the very top -- click the edit this pagetab.
