There is no real way to enable SearchWiki. Google selectively turned it on for some users, and not all users. However, you can still get search wiki by typing any gmail search string with an asterix included in it. You will have to be logged into google for this to work.
For Example: instead of searching for "YouTube" try searching "youtube *"
Google has abandoned SearchWiki. Google has replaced it with stars in Google search. Think of stars like bookmarks on steroids. What happens when you star a search result or map item? First that item will sync with Google Bookmarks and Google Toolbar. Second, the next time you perform a search, when relevant, that item will appear in a special list right at the top of your results.
Answers does not cancel Google sign in. It could be because of the popup issue. You have to enable the popups on the site to enable google login.
You can enable Google Plus by getting the app in the Android store. Then you will just sign in the app and you will be ready to go.

There isn't anything to enable this, it will happen automatically if you search for something related to your tweet.
Answers dot com is enabled on Google Chrome. It is most used in this browser only.

Google Chrome is a flash enabled browser already. Flash 10 if installed, will work automatically on it.
