Assuming that you work for a company or the local authorities, your employer would have already offered training on your safety when working in the community. Normally somebody would know what your schedule would be and therefore this should offer you some reassurance. My sister works in the community and often would phone a colleague before and after appointments. Good luck in the worthwhile job you are undoubtedly doing
