Eventually the chipmunks on the Gummi ship will tell you there is a tournament at Olympic Coliseum. Until then just keep on going to different worldls and continue with the story. When they do, you talk to Phil and enter the tournament. There's the Pegasus Cup, Phil Cup, and Hercules Cup. they are all unlocked at different times, and the chipmunks will tell you when. You have to beat one to unlock them, like rounds. There is also a Hades Cup, i believe. The first one is Phil Cup, the Pegasus, the Hercules, then Hades (i think).

After leaving the Treehouse, find your way to Jane and Clayton's camp (Jane's father not appearing in the game) and enter the tent, where you reunite with Donald and Goofy. After that, you can come and go from Deep Jungle whenever you want to, though if you've already completed the events at Wonderland and Olympus Coliseum, you won't have much to do until after you defeat Stealth Sneak and seal the Keyhole in the Cavern of Hearts.
