From the start of the level, enter the main mansion and climb up the stairs. Enter the door to the far right. In the new room, you will see a red ? block. Break it open and float up to the hidden area above and enter the door. Enter another door in that room and you will be on Big Boo's Balcony.

∙ 14y agoGo to The Haunted House. (see related questions at the bottom) Go inside the double doors and climb up the stairs. Go in the last door on your right. Watch out for the two books with teeth that come out of the bookcase, and wall kick up to the platform above the door. (I've found it easiest to walk along the platform on the ground toward the door, jumping up, and wall kicking on the wall closest to the platform) Now simply go through the double doors to your right, and you are out on Big Boo's Balcony.
