You have to visit the queen and king in the castle and talk to them. Then the queen will give you coordinates of where the knights are. It will say what each planet is when you type in the coordinates in the space ship in the swamp. You will have to travel there to reach the knights to save them and find the kidnapped princess.
To enter coordinates on Astro-Knights Island in Poptropica, click on the spaceship's navigation controls in the bottom left corner of the screen.
