The love of a child for a parent
A mother's love for her child will continue no matter what the child has done. The parent can hate what the child has done and what the child has become while still loving the child. Real love is not earned or dependent on anything, it is freely given and knows bounds.
Tough love is typically described as a parent being "hard" on a child in order to make them a better person. For example, a parent removing an adult child from their home due to drug addiction could be considered tough love, as could grounding a child in response to unacceptable behavior. While there is no hard and fast rule as to what constitutes tough love, there is one requirement: There must be love, and the action taken needs to be done in the spirit of that love, as well as the betterment of the child.
A Male or Female adult in whose Guardianship is the physical and moral welfare of a child of the next generation. There does not need to be a genetic bond. Never confuse the obligation of parenthood with the love of Mom or Dad. Anybody can be a parent.
It depends on how old the adult is and how young the child is. If the child is less 10 or than it's pedophilia.
yes
If a parent cannot accept the fact that their child was born gay, shame on that parent. The love of one's children should be unconditional. Parents who cut off their innocent gay children deserve what they get: emptiness.

Incest.
If you are a parent, you cannot be your child's best friend. You parent with love but you are ultimately responsible for raising a good person.
No one can "force" you to visit your child, although refusing visitation would likely have negative consequences like the loss of visitation rights in the future and the loss of parental rights as far as decision-making (also the loss of the love of your child!!!). Refusing visitation will not reduce or eliminate your child support obligations; in fact, the custodial parent would have a much stronger case if they requested an increase in support and could show the judge that you are not contributing in other ways to the child's well-being.
The theme of the poem is that a child will learn to appreciate their parent's love
