You have to have an iPod Touch.

1. Go to the FaceTime application

2. Sign in

3. Go to the contacts tab

4. Select a contact with a compatible FaceTime device

5. Select their phone number or email address (depending on what FaceTime device they have)

6. When they pick up the call start FaceTiming
