∙ 9y agoYou don't. The command prompt is there to issue basic operating system commands. If you want to "reset" your machine...and essentialy WIPE OUT and replace your operating system will a copy store on your machine for emergency purposes...that has to be done from the BOOT sequence and BIOS, not a command prompt.
