How do you fall asleep I have to listen to music with words people talking to sleep at night but I am going to a camp where we can't have electronics. What can i do to fall asleep at camp?

If you exercise hard during the day at camp, you will find all the fresh air will mean that you will have no trouble falling asleep naturally without music. This may be a turning point in your life!
