Basically, put the food and water at the end of the cage. Mom will get up when she wants to. You do not want to give the mother rabbit a reason to kill its young and it will do just that if you start handling them.
Right now mom is not that hungry.
I had rabbits so I know about Mom doing the kill off. Not by walking on them but by biting the young on the back of the neck. Nothing you could have done about it so leave them. After all rabbits are doing wonderfully good in the wild.
