Try feeding it something it can eat through a syringe, such as baby food. Do not feed it a lot, and add a little water. Take care to allow it to swallow.

Depending on the type of lizard it is, it may be hibernating and has shut down for that reason. If it is not skinny, leave it alone.

The third option is to take it to the vet.

What do you feed a lizard that you found in your backyard?

It depends on the type of lizard, but most eat insects. Live crickets are common. You can buy them online or at some pet stores. They eat them whole though, so make sure they're not too big for the lizard's mouth.

What can you feed bearded dragons?

Mainly crickets and mealrowms. Superworms are good too, but they have a very high fat content and you should not keep any lizard on a steady diet of them. I have also hear that they will eat canned cat food, but personally I would not feed them that.

What do you feed a water lizard you found in a creek?

To be honest, I would put it back. Without knowing exactly what species the lizard is, it is difficult to impossible to know exactly what you should feed it. In additon, wild lizards are acclimated to the wild and will rarely adapt well to an indoor environment. It's not going to make a good pet.

Is it okay to feed your green anole everyday?

Is a armadillo lizard a carnivore herbivore or an omnivore?

An armadillo lizard is an omnivore. They eat leafy greens like specific kinds of letuce and they eat crickets and meal worms. Meal worms are lizard candy so don't give them too many. They are omnivores, so they eat letuce, crickets, and meal worms. However don't feed them meal worms too often. Talk to your local pet store for what kind of letuce. Some kinds are poisonous to armadillo lizards. Omniwore means that the armadillo eats both vegetables and meat.

How many times a day do you feed a snake?

In the wild most snakes do not eat all that often, so to semi-duplicate their wild environment a feeding once a week will suffice. If you feed reptiles too often they grow too fast for their skeletons to keep up. This tends to make their bones weak. What kind of snake are you feeding ?

What do blue bellied lizards eat?

The "blue bellied lizard" is not a species of lizard. In fact, there are so many species of lizards with this trait that it is too vague for me to confidently answer. I will assume you mean a western United States species of tree lizard of some sort or a lizard of the genus sceloporus. Both are insectivores.
