"I Feel Fine" 1965. The myth was the feedback was a mistake, but, it is now known it was a production choice, as evidenced by several tracks of practiced feedback in the Abbey Road archives.
This is a double edged sword; if the feedback is good and constructive, one walks away feeling empowered, but if the feedback is negative and not constructive it will absolutely make one feel miserable and fear for their job. However, if the feedback is negative but constructive, it gives one the opportunity to show the manager they can improve their performance and skill set and grow in their knowledge of business acumen.
Some disadvantages of formal feedback include that it can be infrequent and delayed, leading to a lack of timely improvement for the individual receiving feedback. Additionally, formal feedback can sometimes feel impersonal and may not address specific behaviors or situations in a detailed manner.
The benefits of encouraging and accepting feedback is to help you improve in your work, learn from your mistakes and to help you feel more confident in the work that you are doing correctly.
You get a richer sound, and can actually feel the feedback.
Teachers can effectively encourage and cultivate positive feedback from students by creating a supportive and open environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts. Teachers can also actively seek feedback from students, provide specific and constructive feedback themselves, and use feedback to make improvements in their teaching practices.

Feedback has importance in communication. A sender communicates through written or spoken words. Feedback is needed in order to know how effective the sender's communication was. A sender becomes better at communicating after feedback. Business organizations grow, become profitable, after listening to customers. Customers use an organization's products and services. Therefore, they are the ideal people to give feedback. It's paramount, too, employees understand the organization's goals. Give them a voice by allowing feedback. They will feel appreciated, and loyal.
Intrinsic feedback in sport would be you personality criticizing your performance giving mental feedback in what you can improve on in situations. this is used by every sports person in every sport because every sports person will need to develop and build there performance personally without the help of a coach!!
