i just got let go the other day and i feel that the manager let me go unfairly he had put me on a final notice for committing a class a volation for driving the forklift without wearing a seatbelt and since he put me on that final notice he had been harassing me about my work performance and i would never get any help from my hr and the matter ever time i would go to her about a complant on him he said i had no common sense and my work performance was unexceptable i got an evaluation not long ago from my zone manager and he said i was an exceptional worker the store manager rick brown knew of several managers that were having affairs with associates at work and did nothing about it he showed extreme favortisim toward certain employees i feel because i was not on his buddy list that i was a target for harassment this is unacceptable in any company especially a company like lowes if this is the kind of management u want running your company i feel truly sad for u he needs to be investagated to the fullest extent there is alot of violations going on at this store that doesn`t complay with company policy the store number is 2788 in ensley Florida there are a number of workers that feel the same as i do but because i was vocal about it i feel that is why i was let go please investagate this manager he has ran off alot of great workers and they have lost business because of it thank u for your time

Lowe’s stinks to high heaven for customer service in Aiken SC. I’ve kept notes on the latest brush-off to the previous issue in the last few months. Rotten way to be treated.

Spent a few hours online over 4 days looking for back tires for my Husqvarna riding mower that I bought from your store. Called asking for help from customer service and was transferred to lawn and garden. Explained I just bought the front pair from Lowe's and needed the back pair. I told the black woman the size saying it was for my tractor. She said they didn't carry tractor tires. I responded garden mower tractor. She mumbled something and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the store manager and got a recording saying there was a 10 minute wait to leave feedback. This is total garbage. I spent thousands of dollars renovating 2 houses using Lowe's products. I refuse to be treated like this. The manager should be informed and that person on duty should be reprimanded. A woman named Trish in Customer Service heard me ask for the manager because I was hung up on having to call back a few times while getting recordings and having to wait 5 to 7 minutes between calls. When no one picked up so, I was compelled to go into the store. I explained to Trish that I am selling my house and needed a new clothes dryer. I was told by a guy in appliances named Dontay I had to speak to customer service to buy said dryer prior to going into the store. Writing everything down I started calling at 12:20 PM 12-31 21. After 40 to 45 minutes I ended up at the store. From there the delivery issue started. On 1-1-22 the delivery guys went to the wrong house so I had to guide them back to my house. When they got here they said their truck wouldn't' fit through the entranceway so they couldn't deliver the machine. Needing to have my laundry done before my perspective buyers come this week I suggested using my pickup to unload the machine at the road several hundred feet from my back door. I drove the 2 men up to the back door and helped guide them to my laundry room off the back porch. Upon removing the old dryer I was told they couldn’t take it leaving me hanging. I said I paid for the removal but I was told they would write on the receipt to return the money. I gave them both a ride back down to their truck. Today on 1-2-22 at 8:59 AM I got a call from your store that was left on my answering machine. Some woman just laughed and hung up not leaving me a message. I called back at 9:55 AM and was put on hold after someone picked up. I waited 5 minutes and called back at 10:20 AM. At 10:23 am I spoke to Cameron and told her about the call asking what it was about. She put me on hold at 10:24 AM saying she would check. I waited again until 10:30 AM and hung up. I have yet to hear what is going on with Lowe’s. I will go in to the store soon. Considering that I’ve spent over a couple of hundred thousands dollars renovating 2 houses at Lowe’s and have been treated with disrespect for the most part excluding Trish, I won’t be telling anyone to shop there at this point. I’m sure that you will be losing customers thanks to you automated system and people who refuse to answer the phone. You need to have a full time customer service person on duty answering calls not one of the women waiting on customers who puts you on hold.
