There is no radiator cap on the radiator of the 1994 Saab 900S. there is a coolant reservoir on the drivers side by the shock mount, it is partially see through and you should be able to see the coolant inside, it has a large screw on cap.
on my 1992 lumina z34 its about 5 inches from top on passenger side of car directly below radiator fill spout
Take radiator cap off, fill radiator with coolant, put cap back on!
The radiator overfill tank is the only spot to fill the radiator. There is no fill cap on the radiator itself.

To remove the radiator from a 2002 Saab 93, start by draining the coolant from the radiator. Next, disconnect the battery and remove any components obstructing access to the radiator, such as the front grille and cooling fans. Detach the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as the transmission cooler lines if applicable. Finally, unbolt the radiator from its mounting points and carefully lift it out of the engine bay.
1) remove radiator cap2) Fill radiator with coolant.3) replace radiator cap4) remove reservior cap5) fill to "fill cold" line6) replace reservior capIf your system not very low or empty you can omit 1-3.
shag it
