The filler tube is down below the back of the engine. You have to reach a good ways down and once you locate it. then to fill it you need to use a long neck funnel. This was a bad design on GMs part.
You can find it the left upper side of the enigine under some black tubes its hard to see and hard to get to took me a while to find, need a long funnel to fill also!!
you dont fill it . its electronic power steering
The S2000 has electronic power steering hence no power steering fluid.

u cannot , it has no power steering pump, electric steering assisted
Secure the power steering pump with the retaining bolts. Attach the power steering hose to the power steering pump. Put the belt on to the power steering pump. Fill the power steering system with fluid.
You need to get a long hose funnel and insert in power steering fill.
IS the belt turning the power steering pump backwards
you don't fill the radiator directly, there is no radiator fill cap. you fill the overflow reservoir and it keeps the radiator full. overflow reservoir is spherical plastic near firewall. power steering reservoir is up front near battery.
The stick on backside of cap has the stick with the fill line indicated.
