to get ryquazza in soul silver you need to beat red, get the national Dex and get the kanto starters from professor oak then go to Mr Pokemon and he will give you a blue orb if you play Pokemon Heart gold and a red orb if you play soul silver with one orb in hand head to route 47 and go into the embedded tower traverse the tower and you will find groudon if you play soul silver and kyogre if you play heart gold capture that Pokemon no time to go get ryquazza if you have a heart gold game as well this will be allot easer repeat these steps in the other game and catch that Pokemon then trade that kyogre to your soul silver and show both or them to professor oak and he will give you the jade orb then go back to the embedded tower and go catch ryquazza if you dont have both games go to serebii.net and go to the WiFi chat and ask for a soul silver groudon or a heart gold kyogre.

U have to have beaten blue then you go to mr.pokemons house afteryou get a kanto starter from prof. Oak when you go to mr.pokemons house he gives you the blue orb then you goback to prof.oak and he gives you rock climb. Then go to the emdedded tower and kyogre is there but i have hg so i dont have groudon but i think its the same thing.
