Well, first go to your roaming file, you can do this by typing %appdata% in your search bar in your start button. When you get to the roaming file, click on the ".minecraft", then open the "bin" folder. After that, find your "minecraft.jar"
and paste all of the mods files inside. Hope that helped and if it didn't you can search on YouTube for a video showing you what to do.
