There are two fuse panels. One by your feet, and one under the hood. The car manual lists the fuses for the inner panel. You can possibly locate a replacement at a junk yard or go to the nearest dealer. They should print one off for you. Or try the local library for a Haynes or Chiltons manual.
Check in your owners manual

you can always buy more, either from an auto store, but always from the dealer. The cover to the fuse box usually tells you what the fuses are and what amp they are.
I am cofused by your question, because the diagram for the fuses is on the cover of the fuses box. If your cover is missing you could try the dealer or a junk yard. If you are trying to locate the fuse cover and it's diagram there is one on the wall on the driver's side under the dash board. there is also a fuse block under the hood on top near the battery. Hope this helps.
The fuses are labeled on the cover. When you remove the cover if you look on the underside it says are fuse locations and what they are for. Inside the car the right panel (passenger) under the radio has all the fuses labeled on the back of the cover
The 1992 Chevrolet Caprice fuses are listed on the inside cover of the fuse box. The location of the fuses is also listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.

Look in the fuse box.
It is important to have the diagram when changing fuses. If the cover to the fuse box is gone, a person can look in the owners manual and find a fuse box diagram.
The diagram for the fuses of this car can be found in the owners manual. It can also be found on the inner cover of the fuse box cover.
