To find questions that you have been asked, you have to be logged into your account.
I think you misunderstood my question: I want to know how to find a question which was "asked while not logged in". The finding of the question could occur while being logged in, but the question would not be associated with the user, so finding it would require remembering exactly how it was worded so you could find it among all the answers on answers.com. Daunting task if you don't remember your exact wording.

Registered users can look under the "My Contributions" link located underneath "My Pages" to the right. There a user can see all the questions you have asked while logged in to WikiAnswers. You can also look under your watchlist. I have looked in both places and there's nothing there. Does that mean that I wasn't logged in when I asked the questions (I thought I was!)? What am I doing wrong?

Easiest way. Go to the blue sidebar. Click on "my contributions". Filter to questions asked. You will find your question and hopefully the answer to it there.

If the question has been answered, you will find it under the original question you asked. If you want faster answers, you can try asking the same question in different ways, sometimes someone has already asked the same question and received an answer already.

Veiw question and can see history on sidebar, if you click user, you can see all contributions
