The shiny Spiritomb appear in the Hallowed Tower. To get them you must place the Odd Keystone in the tower, and then meet 30 people in the Underground. The Spiritomb will then appear in the Hallowed Tower.

∙ 13y agoIn DPPt (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum), get an odd keystone from underground and set it inside of this weird thing (I'm not sure what it's called). Then, go underground and talk to 32 people. The hikers that sell goodies and traps don't count, but you can just talk your same friend but he/she or you have to go up and come back down 32 times. Then, go back to that weird thing where you placed an odd keystone in and, wallah, you have a spiritomb! (I've never actually done this before because I only have 2 badges in pearl and there's an easier way to get it in HGSS (heargold soulsilver))

You must first place the Odd Keystone in the Hallowed Tower. Then you must meet 30 different people in the Underground. Afterwards, a Spiritomb should appear at the Hallowed Tower. Save in front of it and talk to it. If it is not shiny, then keep reseting your game until it is.
