You have to go into the cave in Solocean town with the unkowns and go in the room with the 4 pokeballs. If you have already took the 4 pokeballs, you can't get celebi, but if you haven't, you have to read the wierd writings on the wall 2 times. And walk around the room.It will take a long time for celebi to appear but it will appear sometime.
Rember, do not read the writing 2 times!
