The answer is yes; Wellington Avenue is located at 3000 North, from 300 West to 7500 West.
As I replied earlier today, regarding your previous question about Irish communities within the Lakeview community; Wellington Avenue, from my estimate of the color-coded area on the map for the year 1900, is the approximate southern boundry of one Irish area bounded by: 3000 to 3200 North and from West to the North Branch, Chicago River.
It should also be helpful for you to know that Wellington Avenue presently ends at Oakley Avenue, which is 2300 West, just east of the North Branch of The Chicago River. Of course, Wellington Avenue does continue again west of the Chicago River.
Again; I hope that this is helpful to you.
