You can find a leak behind the wall by removing a portion of the wall.

GE front loading washer does not come with a no leak guaruntee.
Check the large drain hose from the washer to the drain pipe when it is draining. You have to look see and find if the water leak is coming from the washer, drain hose, or a clogged up drain pipe. Can you you do me this small favor?. You may need a flash light and the agility to look behind the washer and get to where you can observe these three most common possible causes as they occur. Don't wait too long to find this problem or you may need some new flooring or sub flooring to go along with the washer repair.
do a water leak test and find out where the water is coming from(sit inside while some one sprays with a pressure washer) and replace the weather seal where needed.. also you can drill a small hole for it to drain and it will not create a puddle
prizm airconditioner not making room cool
does it leak all the time or when you use your rear window washer. Just had this problem on 2001 Escape come to find out there is a hose connector behind the plastic cover of the a pillar where the grab handle is located that had come undone and when you use rear washer it squirt water everywhere. If its not that then could possibly be heater core or water coming in through the fresh air vent from below windshield that is filling up when it rains because the drains for cowl area are clogged.
Does it leak in when it rains also? If so you have a seam leaking under the cowl area and a washer hose that came off.
Check the heater core of the Legend for a leak. If the core is good, use a pressure washer go around the windows to find where water is coming in.
Do you mean "how do I replace washer line"? They are just rubber hose from the washer fluid container to the wipers. If you have a leak, you can get a plastic splice and put it in at the split to repair.
No. It would leak coolant.
Probably not. But talk to your insurance company.
yes it can. We had this happen and the washer was junked as a result. It seems that the washer is built around the "spin bearing". This bearing sits in the middle of the washer shaft and is what the washer spins on. If it starts to wear out, it can leak grease from the bearing and stain clothes. Our repair man told us that for the cost of repair, we would be better off buying a new one.
