Where can you find an answer to a question you asked an hour ago?
If the question has been answered, you will find it under the original question you asked. If you want faster answers, you can try asking the same question in different ways, sometimes someone has already asked the same question and received an answer already.
How do you find a question?
You find a question by typing a question in the bar at the top that says: Enter a question here ... Hopefully, someone already asked that question and someone already answered it, so you get an answer to your question.
What happens when someone has asked an identical question before on WikiAnswers?
If someone has already asked the same question before on WikiAnswers, then you shouldn't ask the question. You should look at the answer already provided there. If there isn't an answer, then you just have to wait until someone answers it. Asking an already asked question should bring up a message, informing you that the question has already been asked and answered.
When you ask a question and then split it off from another question already asked does it count as a question asked for the Contributors of the Month?
Yes, and I believe if you ask a question and merge it into an appropriate question then it still counts as a question asked.
What is predisposition to god?
One where your answer is already formulated before a question is asked, providing you have some inclination as to the question before it is asked.
Dismissed as moot?
A moot question is one which has not been decided. (i.e.- If you ask a question which has already been asked by someone else - but to which there is not yet an answer, then YOUR question can be dismissed as 'moot' because it redundant (has already been asked).)

"The question that has never been asked has not been asked yet." This is the only answer possible, because if the question has never been asked yet, then it doesn't, nor can it ever exist. Therefore, the question that has never been asked has already been asked - simply by posing the intitial question.
