Multiply the height of the wall space by the length. This will give you the square footage. Rolls of faced and unfaced insulation are generally sold by square footage. Make sure you take out for windows and doors (especially the overhead garage door).

How many blocks to build to 5 bed room two story house?

Turn the feet into inches then divide by 8 for the height and 16 for the lenth. EXAMPLE - 24ft long times 12 inches = 288 in. divided by 16 = 18 block long. 8ft high times 12 inches = 96 in. divided by 8 = 12 block high. The typical cinder or concrete block in the US is 15-5/8 long x 7-5/8 tall, with a mortor joint of 3/8 in. its measures 16 in. x 8 in. Dont forget your interior walls where bearing is needed. With wood beams these are needed every 16ft. With metal, the sky is the limit, although the steel beams must be built per size. Also there are many different size thicknees, the typical is 8 in. so the block will be a 8x8x16 in block. They also comes in 4 in. in this case the block is a 4x8x16. 12 inches is a foot but keep in mind that 16 inches is a linear foot.

How many in-built functions in PHP?

There are thousands.

What are all the built-in PHP functions?

See the related links for a shortcut to the entire reference of every function in PHP. The default built-in functions differ from the categories of extensions you choose to install, and the version of PHP you're installing - therefore, it's impossible to give a stable list of built-in functions.

How do you find out how much insulation you will need in your shop that is 8 feet 10 inches tall and 14 feet x 24 feet?

Unfortunately that is not enough information. Is it built with 2x4 walls? 2x6? 2x8? 16 inch on centers? 24 inch on centers? Is there an attic? Trusses, flat roof with 2x10 rafters? If there is an attic you will be well insulated if you use blown-in cellulose. You will need about 300 cubic feet of blown in cellulose for an attic. If it's 2x10 rafters you will need about 336 square feet of 2x10 insulation blankets that are the width of the space between your rafters. If it's 24 inch on center rafters, you will need 24 inch blankets. You will need about 660 square feet of insulation for the walls, less the area of the doors and windows. Again, if it's 24 inch on center 2x6 walls, get the appropriate insulation blankets.
