Follow the written directions that came with the new keyless entry system - OR - take it to the Saturn dealership for programming. The have all the necessary equipment and proprietary software for doing that task.

The owner' manual list two possible locations of the 5-digit factory code. One, the code is on a card that came with the owner's manual packet. The second should be taped to the computer module.

I believe the keyless entry system is preprogrammed, My 02' continental came with a card informing me of what the five digit number is. I'm sure the dealer could also trace this number by using the VIN....
