The police in Florida Know where my ex-husband Daniel Dexter works ,and where his mother lives at. But not where my ex-husband Lives at. He works at countryside mall 27001 US HIGHWAY 19 NORTH #1073 CLEARWATER,FL. 33761 . His mother is Alice Faye (DEXTER) LUTHER.
My Ex-husband Daniel Dexter ran off with our daughter Emily Dexter age 8 at the time. Now (9) yrs old. september9,2010 .
My daughter has turned it in to child services with a statement that her Father Daniel Dexters touched her potty, a report was made in the state of Mississippi. of the city of Cleveland.
Well, at the time we shared custody of her (joint).. and he still had legal rights ,, the claims were made for the state of Indiana. then he took her, would not let me have phone conversation or letters Nothing.
So he got contempt's in court over all this. I guess after He took Emily back from me, the report followed up here in the state of Indiana but after he took her from her school in Mississippi, drove back 5 states with her she was to afraid to talk to anyone else about this.
And then we had a court date in Indiana over custosdy, he put in a notice in November saying he had to go out of town for the hoildays. so it put off court untill after all the Hoildays, So once again I didn't get any Holiday's time with my daughter Emily Dexter. Then I guess that was when he started making plans to ecape out of state so I would never see my daughter again. He withdrew Emily out of school Decemeber 15th 2011 that was his true plans ... was to get out of town not answer to anyone.
So now the last two court times he was suppose to bring Emily my 9 yr old to court that I haven't seen year and half now. The court order also gave me escort to his home and Emily's school (westlake Elementry).. then Out found out they all have been gone since December 15th 2011.
Now he has a AMENDED BODY ATTACHEMENT . warrent for his arrest 20 days in jail without Bond.
I lived in mississippi afte my Divorce, I was living near family to get on my feet. later re-married my second Husband, had a son. in between all this I worked at Argo's medical records.. driving back in forth to Indiana from Mississippi. April 2011 we got a tax return in of about $ 5,000... used that to relocate to Indiana state to be closer to My daughter Emily Dexter,, but never allowed even once by my husband Dan to see my daughter. Please can you help in anyway. malissamaehill@yahoo.com
In the US it is a matter of public record therefore anyone can find out. There are sites which cater to this and will charge a price. There are also background checks as well. In some states I am not sure if all you can request a criminal report from the sheriff office.
