∙ 2012-07-31 00:45:05You shouldn't be able to. Dishonorable discharge is nothing that the person OR THE MILITARY is particularly proud of, so I would say that this list is not availble to just anyone.
The US Military Records Center, near St.Louis, MO., keeps all US military personnel records. They have a website.
