When you had another person turn the engine over while watching to see if the distributor rotor would turn it doesn't so does this mean the timing belt is broke on a 1994 dodge shadow 2.2liter?
I'm not a mechanic / technician but as far as I know ( YES ) I checked the Gates website and it shows that the 2.2 liter 4 cylinder in a 1994 Dodge Shadow is NOT an interference engine
