You and your lawyer should have received a notice and copy of the discharge order. If you changed your address without notifying the court of the change, and left no forwarding address, you will not receive it.
You can call the clerk's office or go to the clerk's office and ask. Your lawyer (or any bankruptcy lawyer in the area) can access the court's computer records to download a copy of the discharge order.
