All you have to do is go to the question's history and look there. That option is under Question Tools to the left of the question. However, you might not be able to find out. Many contributors are unregistered. Also, if the question started as an alternate for another question, all you will see in the history is the name of the supervisor who split it out into a new question.

No, WikiAnswers is not fake. If WikiAnswers was fake, you couldn't have asked the question you asked, and I wouldn't be answering it. So, WikiAnswers is real.
The question you asked is inappropriate for WikiAnswers.
It doesn't matter what computer you are on when you are on WikiAnswers - you cannot make asked questions go away on WikiAnswers. The question you asked will stay permanently on WikiAnswers, and can only be removed by a Supervisor. If your question is innapropriate, does not have enough info to answer, etc., it will be removed from WikiAnswers. However, if it is a legitimate question, it will not be removed from WikiAnswers. Contact a Supervisor if you wish to have a question removed.

Yes. Go to question history in the blue box from the question you are viewing and if you look on the bottom, you will find who asked the question.
If you are a registered user, you can go to your contributions page by clicking on "My contributions" on the blue sidebar. Then chose "filter by: Questions Asked" and you will see a list of all the questions that you have asked on WikiAnswers.
That is a hard question to answer to answer as there is no way to see what question is asked most. Computers can only see if things are exactly the same. If you askedWhat question is asked the most on Wikianswers?a computer would see that as a different question thanWhat question is asked most often on Wikianswers? However, a human can tell they're the same, and with the huge amount of questions on Wikianswers it's too hard to have a person sort through them.
You just asked a question! Just do what you did to ask this question!

No, it is not on my list.
The first question asked here was: * "I wonder if people would donate their time to answer questions on a website?" Just kidding, I looked and didn't find a reference to the very first question ever asked so if it is out there, it is not easy to find.
