Shiny Pokemon are very rare (1/8192 encounter chance) and random, and takes patience to find one. They can be found randomly in the wild, by hatching eggs, chaining with the PokeRadar, or interacting with Legendaries.
I can think of three ways .1 cheat.i believe there is an a.r. Code to see shiny Pokemon .2 luck.i think its something like 1 in every 8and a half thousand or maybe more in my experiences of playing Pokemon i have only ever seen a green wingul and a gold zigzagoon in ruby and a gold lickytung in platinum . I you use the poke radar and keep finding the same Pokemon over and over you are more likely to see a shiny one . I think the grass shines or something. And last .3 trading . Get it off someone else i got a shiny jirachi and arceas off one of my friends . Ps i asked the same question on a different site a few months back
