Normally, you can't find a skitty in Pokemon diamond; however, you can get them in a swarm. Everyday, there is a swarm of different pokemon. To find out where and what pokemon are swarming, you can talk to the girl in the house on the right in Sandgem(sp?) town. ^_^ Hope I helped.

∙ 14y agoThe only way to get yourself a Skitty is, you could either migrate it from Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/LeefGreen/FireRed by using the Pal Park which is on Route 221, or you could go to Sandgem Town to Dawn/Lucas´s house and talk to her/his little sister. She will tell you the location of swarm pokemon. Every kind of pokmeon has it´s own location and everyday there will be other pokemon. So make sure that you talk to her everyday and eventually she will tell you that there is a whole bunch of Skitty and she will tell you where to find them.
Remember this!: There will be no Skitty unless she says there are! ...
