How do you find something thats lost?

You trace back your steps to find it.

If you lost it in sand then use a metal detector.

If it was underwater use sonar.

If it has a gps tracking tag then use a gps tracker

think about the object. think where you had it last, then go there. then if its not there, keep going back and think of where this would be.

dont you wish there was an invention where you can find soemthing in the click of a button when it was lost??!

1. Try to call up a memory of the last time you used it. You might be able to remember putting it down somewhere, throwing it out or giving it to someone. 2. Think back over the past few days and imagine where you were. One of these places might jog your memory. 3. If you know where you lost it, but it's no longer there (like forgetting a jacket on a park bench or leaving your wallet at the store), put up posters in the neighborhood. Include a description or photo of the item you lost, and - most importantly - information about how to contact you. Someone might have found what you lost, but not know who it belongs to.
