You can follow these instructions to get Bluetooth on your laptop:
Step1: Go to the Windows Control Panel. This is a folder containing applications that allow you to alter important system functions dealing with your computer. You can find the Control Panel by clicking on the "Start" menu and selecting "Control Panel."
Step2: Click on the icon that reads "Hardware and Sound." Then, select the tab that reads "Bluetooth Devices."
Step3: Click on the "Add" button. This will put your computer in "Search Mode." This means that it will search for any compatible Bluetooth devices in the area. Step4: Put your Bluetooth device in "Discovery Mode." This can be done by pressing and holding the button on the side of the device. This will cause the device to send out a signal that will be received by the laptop computer. Step5: Select your device from the list of found devices on your laptop. Once this is done, your laptop and Bluetooth device will be permanently connected as long as they are both turned on.

∙ 14y agoi think first you synce it first by first connected a standard usb cord to the laptop then go under the start menu or the controll panel then click the synce item

∙ 13y agoClick on the start button which is usually on the bottom left of laptops. Click on control panel and go into connecton settings and you wil find the bluetooth settings there.
