The Happy Mask Shop is located in the Hyrule Town Market, to the left
of the path that takes you to Hyrule Castle.
Note: The shop does not Sell Masks Rather lends them out.

Once it is night, the running man will lie down on the field. Then you go up to him and talk to him with the bunny mask still on. He will want to by the bunny mask. Once you have the money, return to the Happy Mask shop and give the store owner the money.
Where do you find the first mask in the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask?
The first mask you will obtain is the Deku Mask. When you reach Clock Town as Deku Link you need to get a Moon's Tear and give it to the shop deku in South Clock Town. Use his deku flower to reach the clock tower and wait until 12 pm on the Final Day and the door will open. Go up the stairs that will appear and shoot Skull Kid with the magic bubbles to make him drop the Ocarina of Time. Grab the Ocarina and then play the Song of Time to restart the game. Talk to the Happy Mask Salesman and he will teach you the Song of Healing and you will transform to Link and the Deku Mask will be obtained.
