It should be stamped on the part of the frame that holds
the front end, right side. All Hondas have it for Warranty
requirements.
Keep in mind, that a lot of smaller (under 100cc) dirt bikes
were exempt from VIN requirements, since it was assumed
a title would never be required (or the vehicle would never
be used on pavement).
This applies to much of the Chinese produced scooters.
