Its quite siple. Just go on you tube and look up "Catching the regis I". It will show you where the brail signs are and what to do with them. I remember you need a Wailord and relicanth to do it. Wailord first, and relicanth second. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, JUST LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE. And if your not allowed on YouTube, well, your outta luck. But, its 9:28pm right now so I'm gonna explaine it later in "where in Pokemon emerald is the regis?!" so, look for that another day. itll probably b out on the 15th of June,2009. C ya!
