Citroen relay pre 04 have a 3 pin Fiat diagnostic socket by the ecu under bonnet passenger side, they have 2 comms wires going to them you have to power your reader up from a battery and you can read and clear codes and read live data.
04 onwards its an obd 16pin dash area around steering wheel.
