where is radio security code located for a 2005 ml 350 mercedes
Mine is in the owner's manual
white sticker on the bottom of ashtray
i just went to the acura dealer today to have my radio reset from the error code displayed after my radio was disconnected from the power. they looked inside the glove box on the side and found the five digit code that must be entered to reset the radio. otherwise you must remove the radio and look on the back for the serial number and then your acura dealer can find the five digit code in the computer system. (this was going to cost me $100 an hour for the acura labor charge!!) check your glove box. The code I have is 62612.....I hope that works for you
For many '95 Integras, to find the radio code without removing the radio, remove the slide-out ashtray and look for the sticker on the bottom of the ashtray; the five digit number is your radio code. Turn the radio on, enter the code, and you should be good to go.
i reconnected my battery of mountaineer 2005 and radio is asking for code, i wasnt able to find it any where...how to solve this issue
you will need to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle and the serial number of the radio and contact the dealer. they will often provide the information to via phone but some dealers may charge you a fee for this service.
I'm assuming you mean "How do I find out what the code for my radio is." It should be written in your owners manual. If not, call an Acura dealership and give them your VIN. They'll be able to tell you the code.
By inserting the radio code. If you can't find it, you will have to remove the radio and write down the serial #. Any Acura dealer can tell you the code with this #. If you know the selling dealer, they may have the code on file, which would not require removing the radio.
