Apply a little of the tester to your jawline, the go outside into the sunlight and use a mirror to check it. If you can't see it, it's perfect.

It can be hard to find a foundation to match, the best process to use is to dab a small amount on one's forearm to test the color. If one still has trouble then going to a make-up counter in a professional make up studio can help one figure out the correct color.
Bring in a sample of the RL paint to a Benjamin Moore store where they can eye match your color. If you want to find a comparable Ben moore color, you can visit color-swatches dot com (see the related link) and enter the color you want to match, then there's a "convert to another brand" option
When picking a foundation you need to be able to see it in daylight. Bring a pack of wipes with you and try on a few different types that you think are along the same as your skin colour. Remember to go outside and see what they look like in daylight. It is like clothes shopping; you will never know if it fits you unless you try it on. Now for the type of foundation you need. If your skin is evenly toned (no redness or colour patchiness) then you may just need a tinted moisturiser. If you have red colours in your face then you will need a foundation with a yellow tone in it to counteract the redness. Gray skintones need pink tones in their foundations. If you need to cover under eye circles or blemishes you will need a concealer.
yes. some lizards can
You match the color on the outside of the piece with another piece. Like if one of the tubes has blue on the outside you find the other piece with blue on it and math them. (:

Go back to the vendor, retailer and ask them to try & find it. If you know the exact size & vendor, style & color name, you could do an Internet search. But if the floor is more than 5 years old the chances of finding it are slim & none! The other issue will be that Tile is subject to a considerable variation in Dye lots from production run to run & even if you find it, it will never match what is down... sorry
You can find a paint color palette at any store or specialty place which sells paints. You can also find a paint palette and color wheel online, for tips on matching the right colors.
If you cant find an olive colour dress to match the shoes then go for black or more neutrel shades like brown. It will be perfect :)
There are many companies who sell colorful switch plates that should match your wall color of the fixtures in your home. I have oil-rubbed bronze in my house and was able to find an exact match. They look very elegant and consistent. I have never tried to paint them for fear of having them come out "home-made" looking.
