From the 'More Q&A' dropdown, select "Browse". When you get to the next page, there will be a search bar under the text "Find a Category" where you can type in uncategorized. Hit enter or press go and you will be provided all the uncategorized content.
There is no automatic way to take you to the oldest of the questions in the Uncategorized category. To see all the questions in the Uncategorized category, click on the Related link.

Uncategorized questions are questions which have no specific category. These type of questions can be pulled from a broad topic range and can cover various subjects.
Questions in the Uncategorized Category just haven't gotten to their right home, yet. But you can still answer those.
The category "uncategorized" is listed under the "Miscellaneous" category. Both categories simply hold questions until they can be categorized.
Find a category you know a lot about and answer all the questions you can. You can also try browsing the Miscellaneous or Uncategorized categories and putting questions where they belong.
Click on "Browse Categories" on the blue sidebar on the left. Use the search box to type "uncategorized" then click "go"

Simply edit the question - and choose up to three categories. Once a question has been allocated at least one category - it is removed from the 'uncategorized' section.
