Truth is an interesting concept. As Obi-Wan Kenobi said in Return of the Jedi, "Many of the truths we hold dear depend greatly on our own point of view." Much of what you see on the news is "true", but is it the whole truth? The whole story? That much is not so clear. I would recommend seeking out reputable news sites and newspapers. Tabloids and celebrity magazines are not the way to go if you're looking for news. The New York Times, Msnbc, and Fox News are reputable, but just remember that no one in the news is unbiased. No matter where you look, you are going to get "truth" from someone else's point of view.
